In most cases 1031 Xpress & affiliates have developed, built, managed and own each TIC property. We will continue to hold a significant ownership interest of each TIC property after you invest. 1031 Xpress invested for up to three years its capital during the permit stage, the construction stage and the lease-up stage. We will own an interest in these properties for as long as you do. Many sponsors of TIC programs offer you the chance to invest in properties they do not hold title to and never will. These sponsors have not invested their own money in the TIC programs they sell. In contrast, 1031 Xpress focuses on the long-term success of each property as an owner and sponsor. Our interests are aligned with your interests. We are invested together!
