have developed more than 62 multi-family properties with
approximatley 10,000 units. These properties range from
size from 100 to 400 apartment units. Over the past two
decades, our projects have a development value of approximately

We will continue
to hold a significant ownership interest in each TIC property
after you invest. 1031 Xpress generally invests its capital
for up to three years during the permit, construction
and lease-up stage. We own an interest in these
properties for as long as you do.
Many sponsors of TIC programs offer you the chance to invest
in properties they do not hold title. These sponsors have
not invested their own money in the TIC programs they sell.
In contrast, 1031 Xpress focuses on the long-term success
of each property as an owner and sponsor. Our interests align

Our properties consist of luxury grade, multi-family
properties that average in excess of $25,000,000 in asset
value. Historically, large institutional multi-family
properties have the lowest vacancy average and the best
loan performance rate among any real estate sector. Multi-family
properties are not subject to the risky economic situation
of one or two anchor tenants and do not have long-term
leases. 1031 Xpress can readily adjust its leases to capitalize
on changing market conditions. Also, the possibility of
maximum appreciation is greater in multi-family properties
than in other types of real estate investments.

We know you are under critical deadlines to satisfy your
1031 requirements. As mentioned before most sponsors
do not own the property they sell. These sponsors will
require you to wait until they have pooled enough investors
to raise the money necessary to close. Since
1031 Xpress already owns the property, we can close quickly. Our
team of expert advisors is prepared to answer all your
questions to close your transaction quickly and efficiently.
